BCA Academy (Singapore) is a public specialised institution for building and construction management, established under the Building and Construction Authority of the Ministry of National Development of Singapore.
Founded in 1984, the Academy has earned an excellent reputation in the field of built environment education, thanks to its quality resources and outstanding academic achievements. What makes a building green? Is it possible to generate complex shapes with some strokes of the key (think Jewel or Sports Hub)? How do we make buildings “friendly” for everyone? If you think you know
the answer, think again. We’ll take your understanding and challenge you further.
The Diploma in Digital and Sustainable Architecture (DSA) will equip you with the knowledge, skills and experience to design sustainable buildings. You will learn how to create complex building shapes and forms, optimised to meet performance requirements while ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will also gain a comprehensive understanding of how digital technology can be used in
the design process.

High Graduate Salaries
International students who secure jobs in Singapore after graduation earn a starting salary of no less than S$2,500 per month (approximately RMB 15,000).

In the coming years, Singapore's MRT network will expand with the Circle Line completed, extensions to the Downtown and Thomson-East Coast Lines, and the Jurong Region Line opening in stages. Step 01.
Admission Requirements / 报名要求
Applicants must have completed 12 years of basic education (high school equivalent). Those with Highschool results meeting Tier 2 can apply directly. An English entrance test (written or oral) by BCA Academy in Singapore is required, with the exam fee payable in Singapore dollars.
需完成12年基础教育（高中毕业或同等学历），高考成绩达到二本线直接报名。需参加新加坡建设局学院的英语入学测试（笔试或口语）并达标，考试费用为新币。
Step 03.
Admission / 学院录取
Applicants will take the entrance examination organized by the BCA Academy, either in Singapore or at the Xi’an test centre. Successful candidates will receive an official offer letter.
统一组织在新加坡建设局学院参加考试或在西安考点参加新加坡建设局学院组织的入学考试，合格发给录取通知书。

All materials must be submitted to the designated admissions office of the BCA Academy in Singapore.

The cost of living in Singapore is relatively high, averaging between SGD 1,000 and 1,500 per month. This covers accommodation, meals, transportation, and entertainment. The exchange rate is approximately 1 SGD = 5.4 RMB.

After receiving the offer letter, students will collectively apply for a Singapore student visa.

Graduates majoring in construction-related fields in Singapore have broad career opportunities, with an average starting salary of SGD 2,500–3,000 per month (approximately RMB 13,000–16,000). Upon returning to China, graduates with international education and professional backgrounds are also highly sought after.
