Cancellation Policy
课程预约注意事项 （1) 如因个人原因您需要取消课程，请至少在预定课程时间前6小时通知我们；或调整当日课程时间，请至少在预定课程时间前3小时通知我们。这样我们可以将您的名额提供给其他有需要的学生，并有效管理我们的资源。 （2）未到通知规定：如果您未能通知我们取消或未按预定时间出席课程，您将失去延时或者补课的机会。我们鼓励所有学生尽早沟通任何变更，并且保持准时的好习惯。 （3）在预订课程之前，建议您与导师讨论课程内容和预计时长。提前提供这些信息可以让您的导师有足够的时间为您的课程做准备。 Class Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To maintain a structured schedule and ensure all our students receive the best possible learning experience, we adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: (1) Should the class need to be cancelled for personal reasons, please inform us at least 6 hours before your scheduled class time. If you need to reschedule same day timing, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. This policy allows us to offer your slot to other interested students and manage our resources efficiently. (2) No-Show Policy: Failure to notify us of a cancellation or to attend a scheduled class without a valid reason will result in the forfeiture of your opportunity for a makeup class. We encourage all students to communicate any changes as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience. (3) Before booking your class, it is recommended that you discuss the course content and estimated duration with your mentor. Providing this information beforehand allows your mentor to adequately prepare for your session. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us manage a smooth and effective learning environment for everyone.
